“The key to true health is the return to the authentic self. Emotional trauma expresses itself within the body and mind, preventing us from living the best life possible. My passion in life is to help people who are ready, willing, and able to dig their way through their unconscious and conscious minds resolving any limiting emotions or beliefs, so they can be co-creating their own best lives.”
I have an innate desire to help people and this passion has been present for as long as I can remember. Even early on in my journey I went on to be a speech language pathologist, helping mostly kids and teens find their unique voice and expression in this world for over 20 years. My unfolding healing journey brought about some pivots within my career, yet I am still guiding people to find their truest expressions of themselves.
I am a believer that the body, mind, and spirit has an innate ability to heal. Neuro-Emotional Technique has been an essential part of my own and my family’s healing journey, uncovering emotional wounds and their physical expressions. Our original encounters with NET as a family were first as patients. Emotional layers started to resolve for me personally due to combining regular sessions of NET with chiropractic care, applied kinesiology, and individualized protocols of supplements and herbs to a point where I no longer have symptoms of chronic Lyme disease nor tick borne co-infections. My entire life changed miraculously because of NET. Experiencing profound results like this and witnessing wonderful shifts in my children and my husband led me on this unfolding path of discovery.
My purpose and passion has always been about helping people. NET helped me to view life through a lens of “anything is possible”. I wanted to learn this technique, so I started taking the course work in 2017 attending NET seminars. In January of 2021, I became one of only a handful of people in my profession with this certification. To this day it continues to be one of my favorite and most utilized healing modalities when I work with others. I look forward to bringing it to your life whether you are new to NET or as continued care within this modality.
I live in the cozy town of Frederick here in Colorado with my husband, PJ, and we love raising our four amazing kids: Chloe, Liam, Abby, and Cass. Together we enjoy traveling, anything in nature, and trying new activities and experiences.
